By accepting the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, the Buyer shall confirm that he or she is familiar with their contents and agrees to be bound by them.

The Agent offers live cats on its website to be reserved and sold to Buyers through the website
The Buyer can choose a cat on the Agent’s website and pay a reserve fee or full price using the secured payment methods provided by the Agent on its website.
The Agent communicates with the breeder who has the possession of the selected cat and confirms availability.
The Agent purchases the cat on behalf of the Buyer and confirms the purchase to the Buyer.
In case the Buyer doesn’t pay the full price upfront or if the reserve amount paid by the Buyer does not cover the full cost of the purchase plus any other directly associated expenses, the Agent accepts to use their own resources to purchase the cat on behalf of the Buyer.
Before shipping any ordered cat, the Buyer will be asked to complete full payment 14 days before the planned delivery time at the latest. The Agent will contact the Buyer in time by email to request to pay the balance.
The Agent is expected to earn a fee on the purchase transaction, this fee is already included in the sale price published for each cat on the website.
In case the Buyer changes his/her mind after reserving a cat and before doing the full payment, the Agent shall deduct all costs associated with the reservation and have the right to request the Buyer to pay any extra costs that occurred due to the reservation.
The Buyer agrees to pay any extra costs resulting from the reservation and paid by the Agent if the Buyer decides to cancel his/her order after the reservation is made. If the costs were less than the paid reservation amount, the Buyer agrees to keep the balance for the Agent as a compensation.
In case a cat was purchased already by the Agent based on the reservation request from the Buyer, and the Buyer decides to cancel the reservation, the Buyer authorizes the Agent to take possession of the cat and take any necessary action without going back to the Buyer, including selling it to another Buyer. The initial Buyer who canceled the reservation agrees to keep the paid reservation amount to the Agent.
The Agent is obligated to refund the full payment received if the cat was not available for purchase anymore.
If the Buyer orders and pays an extra charge for an Export Pedigree, it is the Agent’s responsibility to provide it for the Buyer.
The Agent should provide the applicable pedigrees between 2 and 6 months after the purchase but shall not be liable for any delays.
The Cats:
The Agent offers live cats “The Cats” through its webshop that is operated on its website: www.Myelitecat.com.
The advertised cat may only be purchased through the webshop and online. The Agent reserves the right to withdraw a cat on sale at any time without any prior notice.
Guarantee:
The Agent guarantees that the purchased kitten is healthy and free of serious infectious diseases on the day of receiving.
The Buyer needs to take the delivered cats to a veterinarian to be examined within 3 days of delivery. Any claims of unsatisfactory health condition must be reported to us within the first 3 days, otherwise, you may lose your right to this guarantee.
Infection of parasites such as giardia or coccidia, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy disease are not covered in our guarantee
If the cat disease in the first 6 months due to a genetic defect, a refund will be eligible as mentioned in the return policy

The content within the pages of the website is for the Buyer’s general information and use and this content may be subject to change without notice.
The Agent reserves the right to withdraw a cat on sale at any time without notice.
Some images on the website may be used for illustration purposes only.
The Buyer’s use of any instruction or proposal on the website is entirely at his or her own risk, for which the Agent shall not be liable.
The website may also include links to other websites. The Agent has no responsibility for the content of the linked websites.
All content and design of the website, owned or licensed by the Agent are copyrighted. All such rights are reserved.
The Agent performs the due diligence to ensure that the information posted on the website is accurate and complete, however, the Agent cannot guarantee that the content on the website is error-free.
The Agent makes every effort to keep the website up and running, the Agent takes no responsibility for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond the Agent’s control. The Agent cannot guarantee that the functionality of the website or its server that makes the website available will be error-free.
The Buyer takes full responsibility for the protection of his or her computer system including computer hardware and software and stored data on his or her computer system.
In no circumstances will the Agent be liable to the Buyer for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use
The Agent made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the cats. Agent holds no responsibility for discrepancy in the display of any color.
The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Agent, its subsidies, affiliates,, Agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any and all loss, cost, injury, liability, claims, damages, or demand of any kind, made by or arising out of use of the Site and/or your violation of any rights of another or any applicable law, rule or regulation.
Purchase prices of the cats on the website are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
The Agent reserves the right to cancel an order if there should be an issue with pricing description errors.
JURISDICTION:
All issues and questions concerning the validity, enforcement, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
