Return Policy
We accept the return of the cat only if found unhealthy by a Licensed Veterinary Clinic within 3 days of arrival to the Buyer.
The Buyer has no right to return for any reason other than the one listed above. Below are some examples that are not considered acceptable for returns :
- Dissatisfaction of the Buyer with the purchased pet
- Shipping delay
- Cat is lost or stolen after being received by the Buyer
- Problems with getting used to the litter box at the Buyer’s home
- Allergies, or any other health reaction within the Buyer or a family member
If the return was accepted by the Agent “Myelitecat.com”, the Buyer will get a store credit in the amount of the price of the cat. Shipping cost is not refundable under any situation.
Store credit can be used towards the purchase of another cat at Myelitecat.com
No cash refunds.
